Delete your Jesusinho account

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on this page, without installing anything.

In the app

  1. Open Jesusinho and tap the menu (☰) at the top.
  2. Go to Configurações (Settings).
  3. Under Conta (Account), tap Excluir conta (Delete account) and confirm.

On the web

On our account's secure page, sign in with the app's email and password and confirm. The page is in Portuguese: type your email in E-mail, your password in Senha, and tap Apagar minha conta.

What is deleted

  • Your account (email and password).
  • The cloud copy of your prayer requests, gratitude journal, candles and intentions, highlights and notes, constancy candle and faith tradition.
  • The record of your consents and your email preference.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. In the app, deletion also clears the data on your phone right away. On the web, the app is no longer linked to your account; the data on your phone stays on the device until you sign in with another account, use "Apagar tudo" (Erase everything) in Settings, or uninstall the app.
